Areas of responsibility Resilience Plan Lauren and I moved into the village 3 years ago, having spent a year waiting to complete on the purchase of this house - it was certainly worth the wait! It has proved to be a wonderful place to grow our family, having had our fourth son this January. The 6 of us are very happy here indeed, and have greatly enjoyed getting to know the community and enjoying everything the area has to offer. I am fortunate enough to work from home most of the time, managing a footwear wholesale company operating both in the UK and Germany - between both country's offices there are around 25 employees. I have been doing this for the last decade, having taken on the company from my father, who himself started the UK business in the 80's.
